AD Vendor Registration (1 booth)
This year the cost of each booth is $500. The $500 fee includes wireless internet, one ticket to all meal functions, and all program sessions.
We average 400 plus Activities/Athletic Administrators and their assistants. Monday registration, Monday Dinner and Tuesdays Lunch are in the rear of Haws Hall (trade show).
If your booth is still set up and staffed at 1:15 p.m. On Tuesday you will receive a $50 rebate. The schedule is built with time during and after the Wednesday lunch for attendees to visit and do some business with you. All vendors will receive a spread sheet with contact information for each attendee. They also get your contact information. If you are registering for a Minnesota Representative, make that person the contact for your company.
The Rivers Edge Center promises security, good exposure and room to move around. Please sign up early. Your payment will hold your booth. We will not hold booths without payment. Once payment is received, you will be sent detailed information on set up.
Set up on Monday, March 28th, 2022 at 10:00 am. Show opens at 12:00 pm. Tear down at 1:15 pm on Tuesday, March 29th, 2022.
Make your check payable to MnIAAA, Tax # 41-1557667. If you need an invoice contact information is below. Credit cards are accepted with your registration. Credit Card fees are added to your payment.
